Paper Submissions

Paper Template

1. Download the paper template. We strongly advice you to work on this template.
2. Your paper should not exceed 8 pages.
3. You can not participate in more than one paper as author or co-author.
4. At the end of the paper please include a short bio (max 120 words for each author).
5. Titles and Academic Degrees should be introduced only in the short bio, NOT in the heading of any paper formats.
6. Use this naming convention of the file: 3R4SED2022-Surname1_..._SurnameN.doc

Poster Template

1. Download the poster template. We strongly advice you to work on this template.
2. Fill it with your main paper information including a short abstract, main concepts, results and the most important references.
3. Print it in A2 format.
4. Handle your poster to the conference organizing staff at the beginning of your session.

 Submission details

Each paper shall have no more than 8 pages. Papers should be sent as email attachments to conference@feut.edu.al. Each paper must be accompanied by a signed and dated statement of the author(s), stating that the paper is an original work and neither the paper nor significant parts of it have been published or are under reviewing process for publication in another conference or journal.
